Points of Performance we will focus on and improve:
Speed - you will improve forward speed, lateral speed and backwards speed.
Balance - a muscle with stability is a stronger muscle.
Flexibility - a flexible athlete is less likely to get injured. Also a flexible athlete has longer muscles and therefore more strength in those muscles.
Coordination - improving hand eye coordination while moving though a variety of strength movements.
Explosive Power - effective and efficient movements to increase explosive power output.
Mental Aspect - improve confidence, find your extra gear to out work your competition.
